Where's my order? Tracking goes out the moment we ship — usually next business day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days inside the US. If yours is past the window, email us.
They ripped. What now? Email a photo and your order number. We send a new pair, usually within 3 business days. No form, no return needed. The replacement is covered too.
I need a different size. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll swap it. If it has, we'll ship the new size before the old pair arrives back — so you're never without a pair to wear.
